What exactly do you do as a coach?
I help players, coaches, and teams build their Performance Operating System. My role is part architect, part guide: to bring clarity where there’s noise, to challenge your thinking, and to help you build the systems and habits that make excellence repeatable. I take performance seriously — but not myself too seriously.
Expect energy, honesty, and real conversations that challenge you, support you, and move you forward. If that sounds like your kind of coaching, I’d love to work with you.
Who is this for?
I work with players, coaches, teams, and federations across both esports and traditional sport. If you’re ambitious, curious, and serious about growth — whether you’re a pro athlete/gamer, coach, or leader, this coaching is for you.
You don’t need to be perfect; you just need to be open. My only ask is that you show up with honesty, ownership, and a willingness to put in the reps.
What makes your approach different?
I blend performance science, psychology, and cultural architecture to build systems that actually work in the real world — frameworks that make progress measurable, habits stick, and growth sustainable.
What makes this approach truly different is the range of environments I’ve worked in.
Across disciplines, countries, and cultures — from world championship esports teams to traditional athletes and high-performing organisations — I’ve seen what separates those who talk about performance from those who live it.
That experience taught me that excellence has different expressions, but the same foundations: clarity, connection, and consistency.
My role is to understand your world, translate high-performance principles into your context, and build systems that fit you.
No fluff. No buzzwords. Just clear frameworks, honest feedback, and a bit of banter to keep things real.
