I’m Ryan Scollan, and my career has never fit neatly into one box.

I started in sports science at Loughborough University, obsessed with understanding how the best in the world perform. That obsession pulled me from labs to locker rooms, boardrooms to world stages — from startup founder to coach of world champions.

I built a performance company from scratch, nearly lost everything, and learned more in those failures than any textbook could teach. That company was later acquired, and I went on to coach some of the biggest names in esports — 100 Thieves, Fnatic, Team Heretics — helping them win titles, earn over $3M in prize money, and build cultures that last longer than a single season.

My take on performance is simple:

“Pressure doesn’t define you — it exposes your systems.”

If those systems are weak, you break. If they’re strong, you rise.

What’s the time commitment?

We meet for one 60-minute session per week, with optional check-ins between sessions. You’ll spend around 10–15 minutes daily applying what we build — small, consistent actions that compound into real change.

The process fits around your life — whether that’s training, travel, or competition.

What results can I expect?

Most clients start noticing change within 3–6 sessions — more clarity, confidence, and capacity to move toward their goals with intent. By 6–12 weeks, you’ll have the systems, confidence, and rhythm to lead, perform, and grow with greater consistency.

But like anything worth doing, the results depend on what you put in.
